    DPA is an Australian Association Incorporated on 14 th August, 2002 in Melbourne with a vision to offering fullness of life to underprivileged children affected by disabilities and poverty who are below 18years old in East Africa. DPA aims to give these needy children equal opportunity in life like other children around them by lifting their standard of life and their dignity.
