Children With Physical Disability

Blessing was born in October 2018 as the 3rd born child in a family of 5. She is living with Cerebral Palsy (CP). Cerebral palsy is a group of disorders that affect the brain’s control over muscles and the nervous system. It develops due to brain damage shortly before or during birth. Complications stemming from CP can cause additional health issues. CP has no cure, but therapy, medication, and surgery can help improve child’s quality of life. Blessing cannot support her head so she needs support from her mother all the time.
Blessing’s father died in 2020 from grisly road accident leaving her mother as a widow and poorer than they were before. Blessing is under daily medication and weekly therapy which is quite expensive and the mother is not able to afford.
Your donation of AU$35 monthly will greatly be appreciated to support children like Blessing.
You will receive progress report and photos of the child and the family you support every four months.
